HSE - parental's NEGLECTING ACTS and it's consequence(s)

THE WORST PART OF SUMMER IS WHEN CHILDREN DIE IN SEARING-HOT CAR.
Nineteen cases reported of similar script this 2013 and latest was happened to two babies (an eight months and a sixteen months old) in Virginia and Maryland respectively.

There's an otherwise solid, responsible parent who gets distracted on the way to work and forgets about the quiet, sleeping child strapped in the rear-facing, OUT OF-SIGHT safety seat.
